Radio Recordings not spoken by voice guidance

I am a new subscriber to Sky and recently recorded several radio programmes from different channels.   The radio recordings are downloaded but not spoken, however TV programmes are announced correctly.

Has anyone else experienced this, and what can I do to resolve it?
