Pointless freebies on movies if no subtitles

I'm sooo tempted to cancel sky , I have so many movies I want to watch but you do not provide subtitles for your films on the sky store .

why is this so , most films come with subtitles but not sky ?  You are discriminating against deaf people by not doing this surely . 
just been sent a free movie pass but it's pointless with no subtitles ... please sort this out such a shame

Agreed, subtitle provision with Sky seems to be very very low priority.

It's why I stopped buying or renting films from the sky store. They don't have subtitles at all.
