None of your offers seem viable unless you use/own a mobile phone!! Being quite deaf I don't/can't

If you're old and handicapped Sky doesn't appear to be very helpful as I can't use mobile phones or live via their Apps.

 

Does Sky do anything to help the handicapped and if so what?

You've posted in the Accessibility forum - have you registered with the Accessibility team? They're there to offer you specialised support for Sky products and services and additional means of contact.

As I muddle along in my own sweet way I don't always see other options so I'm partly to blame for my own dilemma I know. Thanks for suggestion I'll give it a look-see.
