Need chat online I’m deaf can’t talking phone

I got problem pay abs u can't afford because they drop low money my esa and need chat online I'm deaf can't talking on phone

@Mandy+6569 The billing system is automatic so it is quite likely that you services will be cut off when your account goes overdue until the bill is paid, I would suggest you get in touch with the Accessibility team to try and work something out before this happens

Sky support for Sky+HD and earlier systems has ended, you can still get support if you already have Sky Protect insurance otherwise you'll have to find your own 3rd party company to get support from at your own expense

@Kim+short I'd recommend registering with Sky Accessibility who have additional contact options for those with impaired hearing: https://www.skyaccessibility.sky/hearing-impairment
