My husband is in a care home that does not have internet available and wants Sky - any answers?

My husband is in a care home where the walls are extremely thick and the internet is not available to residents due to the nature of the building.  My husband wants to have Sky TV in his room, as he is becoming increasingly bedridden. Getting Sky is not a problem but the internet is, how can I proceed please?

He will either need a connection to a satellite dish or access to a good broadband connection.
