Morning, is there any way of contacting sky through the live chat method please?

Find out moreLive chat only appears once you have gone through the Sky help guide that is relevant to your issue and then it will only show up if there is an agent available. Other ways of contacting Sky are via Facebook or Twitter if you do not want to call.
