Keeping SKY + for Dementia sufferer.

Mother with Dementia and adult son with special needs, I need a mutliroom option however because of Dementia, I need to keep the Sky+ remote control. Essentially 2 boxes with 2 viewing cards would be the easiest option, but this not available through the normal contacts. Is there a contact number for vulnerable customers?

@Diarmaid2  There is if they are registered with the accessibility team which I've linked to https://www.skyaccessibility.sky/

Perhaps an accessibility type remote for Sky Q would be beneficial?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Diarmaid2 To my knowledge even the accessibility team wouldn't be able to assist in what you are trying to achieve

Re: Keeping SKY + for Dementia sufferer.

All I need to achieve is to keep sky+ remote which is fully working and add an additional tv which can be independent. I'm open to options. That permit the use of old remote.

Re: Keeping SKY + for Dementia sufferer.

Hi @Diarmaid2
I encountered the same problem and called Sky's Accessibility team, who organized a solution for my multi-room configurations that included my Sky+ remote. You just have to call them, they are good at serving vulnerable customer needs.
