Discussion topic: Iam disabled and my Internet has been off since yesterday at 7pm. I can't get through to sky?

Iam disabled and my Internet has been off since yesterday at 7pm. I can't get through to sky?
The Internet went off just before 7pm last night (Wednesday 1st Sept 2021)
Being disabled I rely on the Internet and my phone for most things so this is worrying me that there is still no internet and phone today and I can't get through to anyone at sky to ask what is going on. My mobile signal is terrible and has taken ages to to post this. Would love so help to know what is going on. Thank you.

@Cazsky11 There are a number of outages across the South East & Wales, if you in one of these areas you willbe affected. https://mobile.twitter.com/skyhelpteam
If you are affected by the outage there would be little point phoning Sky as they are already in the process of getting everyone back online.
