I have Spasmodic Dysphonia (Vocal Paralysis). Every single query I make with Sky results in "Please Call Us On... " I can't! I want to change my package through a virtual chat; either live or via E-mail - the only 2 ways I can communicate. Is anyone able to help me? Please. I'm at my wits end.
