I have spasmodic dysphonia (vocal paralysis). Every single query I make results in Please Call Us

I have Spasmodic Dysphonia (Vocal Paralysis). Every single query I make with Sky results in "Please Call Us On... " I can't! I want to change my package through a virtual chat; either live or via E-mail - the only 2 ways I can communicate. Is anyone able to help me? Please. I'm at my wits end.

Thankyou for that. Unfortunately it's the same problem. It either tells me to call them to register... or to use their chat bot which refers me to the same. Its an endless loop.
