I have no voice after medical operation so how do I contact sky

Following an operation I now have no voice and it seems sky has no accessability system for someone like me who needs to contact  someone there.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

There are additional contact options once you get yourself registered with Sky Accessibility services as you can read about here:

Although it is closed now (closes at 5pm today) there is a chat service you can use.
