I am profoundly deaf and need to register for Sky's accessibility but having difficulties finding ho

Having problems with some apps on my TV (Netflix and Disney Plus) but I cannot make a phonecall or receive one because of my hearing difficulties.

May I suggest you register with Sky's Accessibility team? They offer additional contact options for the hearing impaired.
