I CANT REMIVE VOICE OVER FROM LG TV

VOICE OVER IS ON ALL SKY TV CHANNELS. GOING TO ACCESSABILITY AND SWITCHING OFF AUDIO DESRIPTION AND THE OTHER AUDIO ITEM DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. PLEASE ADVISE

If these are recorded programmes, recorded with audio description on then you can't remove it.
