How to contact SKY if you can't talk

Hi, I  want to register with SKY accessability but to do so I have to phone them. However,  I am a laryngectee and my voice isn't recognised by SKYs automatd voice menu.  How can I register without using the phone?

Kindest Regards,

Domenic

@Domenic  Welcome to the community, you should still be able to contact the Accessibility Team via this link https://www.skyaccessibility.sky/

There are a number of contact option where you should be able to register with the team.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: How to contact SKY if you can't talk

I have a similar problem, I CAN talk but the majority of call centre drones seem not to understand my strong and rather broad Yorkshire accent and it's incredibly annoying.

Particularly when it's non UK call centres based on the flippin' Moon (yeah, Mumbai or worse)
