Having problems with signal stregth and quality. Input 1 strength is 95% and quality only 30%.

Having signal problems 

Input 1 strength 95%

               Quality 30%

Input 2 strength  60%

               Quality 50%

What could be causing low quality on Input 1.

@Keith62.  Which box do you have Sky+ or Sky Q?  

 

The forum you've posted in is not the correct one so your post will need to be moved to the correct one when you advise which box you have.
