Have lost subtitles on certain recordings which previously played,all the programs show subtitles li

Have lost subtitles on some off my recordings that previously showed subtitles, all the programs show subtitles live ,but if l want to watch a recordings l have no subtitles, obviously the subtitle allow banner is on
