Glass remote hard for my arthritic hands.
The flat buttons on the Glass remote are difficult from my arthritic hands as I end up pressing two at once. I just need raised buttons like all the other remotes I use. The online assistant is like 'tough, we don't do one, goodbye'. If this is the case, can I switch from Glass to something else that does have an ordinary remote?

You might be able to switch your viewing subscription to Sky Q, which requires a satellite dish and a separate set top box. I believe there's an accessibility remote for Sky Q which might be easier to manage. But Sky won't take your Glass tv back or refund the cost.

Thanks Mark, I have an LG TV. I find it hard to believe that Sky cannot simply provide an alternative remote for people like me to purchase from Amazon.

Re: Glass remote hard for my arthritic hands.
We have the same issue - we bought Sky Glass for my father who has failing eye-sight and poor dexterity. He now cannot find the volume buttons, the inside of the circle or the audio button which he needs to ask it to change channels.
I have ordered a remote that it silver with black buttons, but due to them all being flat, it won't help much!!
All the online info says the accessibility for Sky Glass is the audio ability to tell it to change channels but if it can't pick your voice up and you need to press the button to speak to it, you aren't any better off!
Please Sky, make a larger remote with raised buttons!!
