Elderly and vulnerable at risk with sky

When ther is an outage there is no help with resolution of problems . This results in venerable people with no access Telecare , hive , ring , tv, emergency calls 999, telephone hospital appointments , access to relatives, no tv no Alexa with automation .

Bad enough no service but when the vulnerable rely on this service to not be heard by customer services is unacceptable .

@Milliemuffin
You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

It may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at these related links… ~

@Milliemuffin have you made Sky aware of your dependence on Telecare etc?

See Sky's post which has been pinned at the top of this forum for the last 5 months.
