Does registering a disability with Sky also cover Openreach?

I spoke to Sky support yesterday to register a disability, and I asked if information provided would be passed on to Openreach if they needed to visit the property (as would be the case with the full fibre project). I was told that I would need to register separately with Openreach, but there doesn't seem to be any way to do this through the Openreach website, and they say that other queries should go to the broadband provider. It's possible that I misunderstood - does anyone know if the data about disability would be shared with Openreach in the event that it's needed?

Hi there, unfortunately we do not share this information with Openreach automatically. It would be something that can be added into notes for any job that is sent to Openreach, but if any jobs are booked in via the website, instead of over the phone with us, the info will not be added to job notes unfortunately.

Why dont sky look into this it should be done with no delay. The disabled have enough to put up without this. Very unhappy with sky over this simple task
