Deal for Deaf people

I found deal that included Pay As You Talk. But I am not using phone due to my Deaf. I am using emails and text messages. 

 

Is there any alternation to the deal? Swapping Talk As You Pay for any other such as extra channel or something?

You aren’t talking to Sky here and there will be no automatic contact from Sky as a result of your post on here. This is primarily a forum for customers to help other customers. @JD1978 if you don't use your phone, you're not paying anything for it if you have the Pay as you Talk package.
