Copy of transcript of Sky Assistant

I am a current Sky customer of 16 years, and used the online Sky Assistant for advice (it was a real person), as I have a hearing loss. The Sky advisor indicated there would be a copy of the transcipt on my Sky account, but I'm stumped as to where to find it (as some parts I need to refer to in future). I've tried search functions and all. Any ideas?

@Garjon  Did you use the the accessibility service https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky-accessibility and not the general Sky Assistant?

I think I used the Sky Accessibility one, but now unsure. But I am a registered Sky Accessibility customer too.

@Garjon  Unless they email the transcript I don't know of any other way to see it, the Accessibility Team will be able to see any notes, it may be worth looking in your message centre My Messages | Sky

My Sky message centre was the first place I looked. I think I'll have to phone Sky and discuss. I did not get an email of the transcript. Thanks for the suggestions.
