Trying to watch old Poirot series on itv catch up on skyq but can't get subtitles. They do exist because they are there in itvx on my smart tv. Have made sure my settings are on but voice command doesn't work and neither does anything else

It's possible that there are no subtitles on Sky Q's On Demand content for this series. I no longer have Sky Q, but believe the programme information should include an S where there are subtitles included. Another Commumity member may know more.
