Saying thanks to Josh who did an admiral job of navigating the offers available to us less technically minded 'oldies' (ish) on 3/7/24

He spent over an hour talking us through and tailoring our package to our requests, without blinding us with too much knowledge, which quite frankly goes straight over our heads!!   The whole deal was a good £20 a month saving on our previous broadband supplier and we have SO MUCH MORE for our money now!!  

Excellent service with a smile and good humour and very good customer based transaction, can fully recommend speaking to the sales team rather than doing everything online.
