We were visited by Andrew, our engineer last week who swiftly improved our home broadband service. We explained that we had moved into temp accommodation after a house fire and then additionally were grieving the loss of a family member. Today we received the sweetest little posy with a kind message from Andrew wishing us all the best and hoping we get back home soon. Tomorrow is my birthday, a low key affair this year for obvious reasons. The posy gave me the biggest lift. Thank you so much!

I've had issues with sky q for 2 years on and off, sky have to their credit offered great assistance trying to rectify this but in the end where unsuccessful. The final engineer was amazing and had helped with the set up of Sky Stream and basically took the time to explain why mo current system kept failing and why Stream would be fine on my home network. I contacted sky customer service in India (never again hopefully) and after getting pushed from department to department finally I said I'd cancel and got thru to the Amazing Retention Team, from there they assisted in ordering the new equipment, dealing with loss off service and in the end my account credit refund. If you ever have a problem the best Team at Sky to help is the Retention Team everyone I spoke to have been uk based extremely knowledgeable and willing to see your issues thru to conclusion. Keep up the fantastic work. I have been with Sky now for over 25 Years so they must be doing something right .

I recently upgraded to Sky Gigafast and following the activation the connections and internet were constantly dropping despite me disconnecting everything and just having the Sky Q box connected ! After numerous calls to Sky and 3 visits from Openreach my final call to Sky Technical and the frustrations I felt resulted in me being put through to retentions. Luckily for me I guy called Phil came on the line and immediately without any fuss started to work the problem. My first call with Phil was on 23rd January and he arranged for a new Sky Max router to be sent which promptly arrived the following day and after setting it up everything worked !! and Phil followed this up with a call to see how things were going. During this follow up call I explained to Phil that the deal discussed when doing the upgrade was still not showing in my future bills and that I'd rang Sky to try and sort this without success. Phil said to leave it with him and he'd call again once he'd sorted it out and again he just delivered brilliantly, luckily for me as he was off on holiday to Thailand. Phil is a real star, nothing is to much trouble and he just delivers on eveything he says. Phil is an absolute credit to Sky, if only Sky had more Phil's 👍

I had a delightful chat with a lady from Dunfermline today, didn't get her name unfortunately but she was fabulous. Originally I called to reduce my mobile data package, which she did quickly and easily, thank you! We went on to discuss my broadband package and she was able to offer Full fibre 100 for a little less than I'm paying for the existing wired service. She was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and cheerful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I intended to leave a glowing customer survey for her but for some reason, the survey didn't show up. Did I cut the call off too soon? I don't know but I really want to give her the recognition she deserves. We discussed dogs, the upcoming storm and working from home, she also recognised my now very faded Fife accent! maybe that will help identify her. I renewed my Sky package and was happy with the deal agreed with the agent. When checking afterwards it turned out he had given me a load of false information regarding the package and the prices in the account didn't reflect the agreed offer. Trying to get through to Sky by phone is a nightmare anyway and I wasn't happy having to go through it all again. However I got through to Mair in Retentions. She was brilliant! Mair listened to the problem and understood the poor service I had earlier. She said she would listen to the recording and speak to her manager to provide a resolution. She phoned me back as promised. Although it went through to voicemail she gave me a time that she would ring again later to discuss. She couldn't have been more helpful and I was happy with the offer provided. She did everything she promised and my bill was adjusted correctly. I felt valued as a customer and it felt like she genuinely cared. I hope you will be able to give Mair the recognition she deserves.

I telephoned Sky to help with some issues I was having changing from Sky broadband to Now broadband by Sky. I was put through to Michael and he was brilliant. He listened to the problems that I had and explained the reason for them and what he could do, and what I could do, to resolve them. I spoke to an advisor on Monday evening (I'm sure his name was Ian) as I was having a problem with my broadband installation. He was extremely helpful and polite and explained the issue I was having (which required a different lead to the one I had). He arranged for a super fast delivery of the lead, which came the next day and worked exactly as he said it would. So refreshing to be able to call for support and get exactly what was needed! I had such a positive experience with one of your customer service agents today that I wanted to write in to ensure they are recognised for their excellent customer care. I called the Irish number just after 9am on the 15th of January regarding our broadband connection not working, my call was answered immediately by Tobi. Tobi was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Although they were unable to fix my problem during the call, they completed several tests, identified the fault on the line, which was logged and a request submitted for an engineer, all done in less than 15 minutes. This was by far the quickest and easiest experience I've ever had when calling sky for support. I really hope this feedback gets back to them and their great attitude and work ethic is being recognised by management.

I just wanted to make sure Mimi got the recognition she deserves for being such an asset to the support team at sky. I had an issue where my Netflix account on my TV was in a different language and had passwords on- turns out my account had been hacked, and Mimi helped me step by step to fix this, gave me the number for Netflix to contact them, and then arranged to call me back to help secure my sky account for extra peice of mind. All the way through the call she remained positive and kind, guiding me through the process patiently. I work in marketing and it's very rare to come across people like Mimi who quickly and efficiently solve a problem with a smile. If I could buy you a box of chocolates I would- thankyou so much for all the amazing service and help, you really reassured me during a stressful time realising I'd been hacked.

I contacted Sky move and spoke with a lovely employee called Maggie. She was able to sort out my home move and even managed to save me some money but putting the broadband into comparison.l meaning I would pay the same price not the £10 increase. She recognised that I am a Sky customer and have been for the past 6 years and thanked me for taking Sky with me. She went above and beyond and was very cheery and polite throughout the call. Hi @Gavin We were due to have our broadband installation on Monday 3 December 2024. However as I booked an engineer on a 1~6 slot as we had appointments in the morning. The outreach engineers left a note to say they had missed us. But would nit be back. I phoned sky services & dealt with Leilla. She was so professional, helpful pleasent & went above & beyond to resolve this situation. She said she would call me back later on rhat day & she DID. I just want you to know her customer skills were (are) excellent. I felt her need to help us to get a definite resolution. She is an asset to your team, & I would like you to know what a pleasure it was to have dealt with her. She organised everything for today to go ahead with the installation ~ & it did go ahead! Firstly a great big thanks to Gareth from Wales, what an absolute joy to deal with, from start to finish nothing was too much trouble, an excellent employee, did what he said he was going to do, and got on with his job, you need more Gareths in your company. Your call centre overseas had no clue, as always, even saying I hadn't paid my bill, in fact I had been billed twice for the same thing, I know they must be cheaper to employ, but what's the point if they get everything wrong, and it's every time the call gets through to them, I dread the accent, and try again until I get a UK voice. Been having an issue since signed up for sky unable to connect to broadband on a certain tv, after being passed around a lot and being told it was a tv issue (being put through to Samsung for 40 minutes) I finally got through to a tech guy this morning I think he said his name was Reece. I spoke with one of the trouble shooting team at 8.30pm today as my Sky Q box wasn't working. I thought I would be met with an out of hours message but was pleasantly surprised someone was available to help me. I regrettably didn't catch the person's name but he was really helpful and managed to fix the issue. I was conscious of the late hour but nothing was too much trouble and he helped me through step by step and managed to explain it to me (I'm not a tech savvy person) without being condescending. I had a bit of a meltdown as my Internet connection failed after an engineer had been round to increase my bandwidth. Bobby was AMAZING. I've worked in customer services for 25 years and I've NEVER come across someone better than him. He totally knocked my socks off. Patient, kind, diligent - just total professionalism. I am a total technophobe and he was utterly brilliant at guiding me through my blind panic to a successful conclusion. I really can't thank him enough. Concerning a recent phone call to Sky Helpdesk I made recently on Tuesday, 14th January - after being granted a Month's extension to my old Sky+ Contract, promised the Call Centre operative from ?India (sorry I didn't note his name), a Rating of 10 by way of Thanks in Reply to the follow-up text I'd be Sent afterwards. However, on receipt, rather than requiring just a Rating Number, as once the case, instead I was invited to click on a Link to complete a whole Survey! Unfortunately, the Mobile I use with Sky, only takes calls & simple texts, & can't click on a Link, so I'm unable to fulfilll my promise, which bothers me. Therefore, wondering if there's an alternative ... tried again with both the Chat line & phoning, but can't get past the AI, which is not offering the right options. Called this morning about my phone and was given excellent service. I asked about my out of contract TV subscription and was again pleasantly surprised by the excellent help and attention I received. The lively assistant managed to find me an improved service, no change to my tv package and a reduction in my subscription! Brilliant news for a couple living on pensions! Thank you, Sky team!

I would like to express my thanks to Liam who dealt with, what was a complaint about sky. When I got to Liam, I found his approach to be extremely understanding of my case and very professional in his approach. I first interacted with Liam on Friday 10th January and by Monday the 13th, everything that he promised on Friday for my new contract was in place. I called the SKY Bereavement line and spoke to Tina (Removed), she was very patient and had great compassionate skills and was to able to get a good deal for my mother. Tina was very patient and put my mum at ease, she was very thorough and went above and beyond to look for better deals for my mums circumstances. We were on the phone for over an hour but Tina remained very patient and accommodating . Thanks Tina @TCS05 for your amazing customer service,SKY are very lucky to have an employee like you!

I spoke to 3 advisers and in the end Caitlin from Glasgow went to the trouble of getting permission to call me back, so she could retain me as a customer (I've been with you since 2009). She was truly excellent and such a lovely lady. She explained the options I had, as I intended to leave and go to Virgin Media. The time she took and the professionalism and friendliness she exhibited, made it easy to say Yes and remain a Sky customer. If there is any recognition scheme, please put this forward so she can receive a thanks and appreciation for the work she does and the friendliness and openness that she conducts herself with.
