Been having some pin issues with sky glass and couldn't get in as it couldn't recognise mob number or bank details correctly to get past set up. This was an issue on sky's end and not a case of me forgetting this info. i got through to a handler who was extremely robotic and textbook which I could not rdeal with as the call was getting frustrating. Then got put through to another handler Jaz i think, but I could tell she was new to the role/not very confident as she was putting me on hold for extremely basic things. I asked to be transferred to someone more well trained and thankfully it was Emily skyid: emg07 that i was put through to. Emily is a credit to Sky customer service and her team. She was efficient, swift, helpful, patient and she did not put me on hold for frivolous things. Calling Sky customer services is an extremely dreaded task but if every handler was like Emily, your customer service would be rated A+ The line dropped at one point and i had no faith in her calling me back as nice as she was because the handler didnt the last time this happened - but she did!! She helped me through each screen and thought on her feet to problem solve a very awkward issue for me! i hope that her manager sees this because honestly Emily was a star and actually turned my mood around after dealing with other handlers! Thank you again Emily! You deserve lots of recognition in work for your amazing service! (Give this girl a promotion/pay rise!)

I spoke to 3 advisers and in the end Caitlin from Glasgow went to the trouble of getting permission to call me back, so she could retain me as a customer (I've been with you since 2009). She was truly excellent and such a lovely lady. She explained the options I had, as I intended to leave and go to Virgin Media. The time she took and the professionalism and friendliness she exhibited, made it easy to say Yes and remain a Sky customer. If there is any recognition scheme, please put this forward so she can receive a thanks and appreciation for the work she does and the friendliness and openness that she conducts herself with. Large organisations are made up of people and Caitlin is, based on my experience, one of your good ones.

Rang up on 5/11/24 spoke to a guy called Michael who went above and beyond to sort me out with a new contract for the new iPhone 16 plus and I have to say I've never had a more pleasant experience I just wanted to throw my money at sky if you record calls I advise you go back and listen to that one as I had tears dripping down my face the guy needs a bonus or a reward of some sort for exceptional customer service skills. Lori from your retention team was absolutely fantastic. I'd spent over an hour one evening on a call to someone who couldn't really be bothered to help and two further calls to others over the following days with the same response. When Lori came on the line, she immediately recognised my frustrations and actually listened to me - and genuinely tried to help. She was chatty and super friendly and actually made the experience far easier. Sky need to employ more Lori's!! She made renewing the contract seem effortless and actually turned my frustrations around within a few minutes. Lori is a credit to your company. If only customers could speak with her on each occasion, it'd make the process far easier and slicker.

I called today as my elderly Father was due to have an Engineer visit as his Sky TV was not working. Unfortunately, he is suffering from some memory issues and when the Engineer rang in advance of his appointment, my father was unable to answer his questions and so the visit was cancelled.
I called and was passed around a few departments until I was connected to Simon (removed) in the Accessibility Team. Simon listened carefully to the issue and went above and beyond to contact different departments to try to rebook the appointment. Once that had been booked, Simon ensured that there were notes for the Engineer explaining that my father may appear a little confused, and providing my contact number for any problems.
I really felt that Simon empathised with the situation and wanted to do as much as he could to ensure the Engineer visit goes ahead smoothly tomorrow. Once the appointment was confirmed, Simon took the time to talk me through how to provide the Power of Attorney documents to Sky, he applied the 'vulnerable customer' marker to my father's account and provided me with the phone number for the Accessibility Team.
Simon was the 4th Sky Advisor I spoke to on my 75 minute call today, and I was impressed with how he took ownership of the problem and was tenacious in finding a satisfactory resoloution. You don't often get customer service that's worth writing to the company about, but I did today and it made a fairly stressful situation a whole lot easier to deal with, so thank you Simon!

After buying new phones and swapping to sky my husband was having problems keeping his old number . This went on for a week , ringing every day and speaking to at least 3 people every time , basically passed around. On the Friday I was eventually put through to Caroline . I admit at first I was angry and took it out on her but she kept her cool and was always polite . She eventually managed to sort out what the problem was and deal with it . Hi, I would like to thank my brilliant engineer Thomas who attended our house today to fit our Sky Q box. We had a dilemma with the setup of our other tv's in our house but Thomas helped explain the problems and he even spoke to my son on the phone for a few minutes to provide the options on what could be done. As two eldery pensioners this was a big help as we didn't really understand the issue. Thomas installed our new Sky Q box and even played around with our setup to ensure that we still had freeview on our other televisions in the house. He is a credit to Sky, thank you!

I called back and was put through to a fantastic agent called Chris (he was geordie). What a fantastic guy. He was extremely attentive and compete, he dealt with my request perfectly and managed to give me exactly what I was after. He was great to chat with and extremely personable. Give this guy a raise!! They listened to my queries and actually found solutions to help me. I couldn't recommend her service enough 10/10. My order of sky glass failed 2 to 3 times because of my account which she helped me fix. Gave me offers and compensation for the hassle of the situation. She stayed on the phone for over 2 and a half hours and even tried to reach out to the sky glass line to get things sorted for me but unfortunately was closed at 8 o'clock. It was pouring with rain and he spent a very long time trying to improve our connectivity that had been really bad for months. He had to install 2 different cables in the end outside all round our house in terrible weather. I spoke to an Advisor called Audrey on 10th October regarding my out of contract Sky agreement. I had initially been ready to cancel as the package had become too expensive. Audrey was fantastic, she let me know all my options, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and managed to get me a great deal that I was able to afford. She even gave me a few recommendations on shows. She was so patient with a customer who isn't very up to date on the latest TV packages and explained everything fully. Jacquie is dealing with a nightmare billing situation for me, she is very understanding and trying her best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It's really reassuring that the person who is dealing with my situation is as proactive and helpful as she is. I've also had an issue with my Netflix account. I was assisted by a lady named Lindsay, who was as nice and helpful as anyone I have ever encountered in my 10 years as a sky customer. I have recently experienced problems with my Q box not connecting and or not retaining my router password. Despite several attempts to resolve this including an engineer visit to replace the box, it continued. So today I called again and was connected to Engineer Aziz (in South London, I don't have his family name). I was on the call for over an hour but he patiently worked through various steps until the problem was solved. I'm not technically adept but it seemed to me his level of knowledge was excellent. Additionally, he was clear, friendly and very patient (see above, not technically adept comment). He didn't rush me and talked me through what was required. When it seems these days that customer service can be somewhat lacking Aziz showed how it should be. I hope this feedback reaches him. And that he is valued by Sky, he's a great ambassador of how it should be done.

Dear Sky , I called Sunday morning about 10 am concerned about a transaction in one of my card accounts. I spoke to Lewis from Newcastle who couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Very quickly he was able to reassure me and my concern turned out to have a simple explanation to do with a subscription to Paramount + . Wanted to send my thanks to Derreck (I believe his name was) for his customer service - he couldn't do enough for me and ensured that the payment for my credit agreement went through without issue. He asked me to participate in a survey after the end of the call, but unfortunately the call was disconnected before it loaded. I've just got off the phone with a lady from your call handling in regards to my broadband ( 6/02/25 at 2:28) I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the lady but I just wanted to say thank you so much again for how the call was handled, the kindness,help and compassion given to me during the call. You've truly put a smile on my face and it was so lovely for once to have someone who genuinely cares about and wants to help you with any issues. Wanted to post a thanks to ZOE at Sky mobile. I rang this morning to enquire about the delay in getting my iPhone 15 Pro Max and she was very helpul. No due date as yet for the stock to arrive, but her friendly and professional attitude helped to quell the fires of rage, as other providers, including O2 have them in stock for collection over the counter. I appreciate Sky do not hold stock, but to be assured in an email that they will deliver before 18/11/23 seems a little too good to be true.

We've had a very lovely agent on the phone today helping with a room that wouldn't quite get broadband coverage in a new flat - I just wanted to pass on my thanks as the call sadly disconnected (very spotty reception in areas of my house, probably the cause of our broadband issues too!) before I could properly thank him for his immense help! I mentally prepped muself for the ususal phsychological warfare you have to endure when calling any big provider but he's made it all a pain-free and smooth process, also knowledgable and sympathetic.
