We were put through to Ajith on a phone call regarding our renewal costs for our tv packages and broadband. Ajith listened to us and understood our concerns with the rising costs. He listened to what we are like as customers and made recommendations as to what packages we need/might want. He was then able to offer us a much better cost for renewal than we were previously quoted which made us happy to continue our sky services. Ajith was a lovely customer service rep and is a valuable employee to sky! He made the conversation cheery and funny and was a pleasure to deal with. Hi, I phoned today as my contract was up for renewal. I was put through to your Stockport hub & spoke to Keziah. I explained that I didn't want to be upsold anything and wasn't looking for any add-on services, I would just like to pay less than my renewal quote. Keziah quickly sorted me out with what I wanted & surprised me with the news that I would actually be paying less for the next 24 months!! Happy days!! What a difference from the last times I have had to renew.......I was braced for an hour long call saying that I didn't want this, that or the other. All over and done with in 5 minutes by a lovely, friendly helpful young lady who is a credit to your company. I actually couldn't believe it. Quick, easy & cheaper. Thank you again Keziah. Mohammed Owais (sorry if I've misspelt his name) in the values department was a lovely, calm, kind gentleman. He really went above and beyond to help me and I have been with sky for over 25 years and am always thanked at the beginning of a sky call for being a diamond customer but there is never any special offers beyond that. However, Mohammed truly showed sky does value it's long term customers. I started the conversation with some disappointment as they messed up my bill payments but safe to say I ended the call with a big smile and really pleased. I would just like to say thank you to our engineer Gary who visited today. I had to reschedule my appointment when he arrived due to my school run and he kindly went to another job and then came back. We've had signal issues since before Christmas and when he looked into it for us there was an issue with our cabling and dish. He then ran new cabling and installed a new dish in the most horrendous rain and managed to sort it. Great customer service, thank you so much 😊

I phoned Sky as my contract price was due to change after being a sky customer for a few years. I am just a broadband customer as my Husband and I both game more than anything else so it was important to us to keep decent Internet speeds at a decent price. My price was due to go up to £49 a month after my initial contract was £30. Which is quite the jump. I did my research online and found Vodafone was £24 but I really wouldve preferred to stay with Sky so also checked their website. Stating I could get full fibre 150 for £30. So I thought I would try phoning their customer service, and as it turns out I was given to a lovely man name Zunaid, he was happy to honor the price I found online and even offered me a tv package for an extra £5 a month (which I declined as I know it just wouldn't get used much) He was very clear about what changes may happen, what my future bills may be, and was very thorough throughout the whole process. I was very thankful to him, and he seemed very interested in giving me the best deal. He thanked me for being kind as well which wasn't at all necessary as kindness should be the basis in which we act as people. I sincerely hope Zunaid finds everything he wants from life and gets excellent recognition for excellent customer service and being a top notch guy!

Brian, the Sky engineer came to my house in Stepps, Glasgow to investigate a fault on the 31 July. He quickly identified that the problem was the TV and offered to give assistance to set up new TV and gave me his contact telephone number. . Needed to contact him a couple of days later when setting up new TV and he gave step by step instructions to get Sky up and running. He was most helpful and pleasant to deal with.

It was pouring with rain and he spent a very long time trying to improve our connectivity that had been really bad for months. We exchanged our sky Glass back to Sky Q today and, as a result were unable to connect the Sky Q box to the new TV. we contacted Sky and spoke to a Tech Advisor who unfortunately I neglected to get his name. after nearly an hour we we're finally connected. I wanted to take a moment to thank Marina from the Sky Complaints Resolution Team for the excellent service she provided when dealing with my recent case. Our phone conversation took place on 8th August 2025. Approximately 9 am. From the outset, she was polite, professional, and—most importantly—listened carefully to the details of my complaint. Despite my "agrieved customer" attitude clouding the situation at first (for which I apologised to her later), and leading to me not fully understanding what she was going to do, Marina persevered. She gave clear explanations and ensured I knew exactly what would happen. In an age where customer service can often feel rushed or impersonal, Marina’s patient and thorough approach was refreshing and very much appreciated. She turned what had been a frustrating experience into a far more positive outcome. Hi, I would like to thank my brilliant engineer Thomas who attended our house today to fit our Sky Q box. We had a dilemma with the setup of our other tv's in our house but Thomas helped explain the problems and he even spoke to my son on the phone for a few minutes to provide the options on what could be done. As two eldery pensioners this was a big help as we didn't really understand the issue. We had an engineer come out to visit us today. He was incredible!! So knowledgeable about the system and managed to solve an issue we have had for over a year, we had an engineer out months back but the issue was never fully resolved. I don't have the engineer's name sadly. He visited my address on Wed 23rd July in Edinburgh, and he was so nice. Fixed a couple of problems with our signal - put a new bracket on and sorted the wire, which was too long. He was so friendly - my son (8 years old) offered him a cookie he had baked (as he is practising for a bake sale for charity) and the gent gladly received the cookie and gave my son a donation for his charity. It filled my heart, the generosity that this gent showed towards my son. It is so refreshing to see this level of service, when a lot of people who come into your home to work, are inhospitable and rude in my experience. He is a credit to Sky!

I renewed my Sky package and was happy with the deal agreed with the agent. When checking afterwards it turned out he had given me a load of false information regarding the package and the prices in the account didn't reflect the agreed offer. Trying to get through to Sky by phone is a nightmare anyway and I wasn't happy having to go through it all again. However I got through to Mair in Retentions. She was brilliant! Mair listened to the problem and understood the poor service I had earlier. She said she would listen to the recording and speak to her manager to provide a resolution. She phoned me back as promised. Although it went through to voicemail she gave me a time that she would ring again later to discuss. She couldn't have been more helpful and I was happy with the offer provided. She did everything she promised and my bill was adjusted correctly. I felt valued as a customer and it felt like she genuinely cared. I hope you will be able to give Mair the recognition she deserves.

I have recently experienced problems with my Q box not connecting and or not retaining my router password. Despite several attempts to resolve this including an engineer visit to replace the box, it continued. So today I called again and was connected to Engineer Aziz (in South London, I don't have his family name). I was on the call for over an hour but he patiently worked through various steps until the problem was solved. I'm not technically adept but it seemed to me his level of knowledge was excellent. Additionally, he was clear, friendly and very patient (see above, not technically adept comment). He didn't rush me and talked me through what was required. When it seems these days that customer service can be somewhat lacking Aziz showed how it should be. I hope this feedback reaches him. And that he is valued by Sky, he's a great ambassador of how it should be done.

I telephoned Sky to help with some issues I was having changing from Sky broadband to Now broadband by Sky. I was put through to Michael and he was brilliant. He listened to the problems that I had and explained the reason for them and what he could do, and what I could do, to resolve them. I spoke to an advisor on Monday evening (I'm sure his name was Ian) as I was having a problem with my broadband installation. He was extremely helpful and polite and explained the issue I was having (which required a different lead to the one I had). He arranged for a super fast delivery of the lead, which came the next day and worked exactly as he said it would. So refreshing to be able to call for support and get exactly what was needed! I had such a positive experience with one of your customer service agents today that I wanted to write in to ensure they are recognised for their excellent customer care. I called the Irish number just after 9am on the 15th of January regarding our broadband connection not working, my call was answered immediately by Tobi. Tobi was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Although they were unable to fix my problem during the call, they completed several tests, identified the fault on the line, which was logged and a request submitted for an engineer, all done in less than 15 minutes. This was by far the quickest and easiest experience I've ever had when calling sky for support. I really hope this feedback gets back to them and their great attitude and work ethic is being recognised by management.

I just wanted to make sure Mimi got the recognition she deserves for being such an asset to the support team at sky. I had an issue where my Netflix account on my TV was in a different language and had passwords on- turns out my account had been hacked, and Mimi helped me step by step to fix this, gave me the number for Netflix to contact them, and then arranged to call me back to help secure my sky account for extra peice of mind. All the way through the call she remained positive and kind, guiding me through the process patiently. I work in marketing and it's very rare to come across people like Mimi who quickly and efficiently solve a problem with a smile. If I could buy you a box of chocolates I would- thankyou so much for all the amazing service and help, you really reassured me during a stressful time realising I'd been hacked.

I have just spoken with one of your advisors (Martin). Initially I was calling out of anger and frustration on account of sky restricting my services and still not resolving an issue with another account. This was all pertaining to my father passingp away and recently my wife passing away and so a payment wasn't made. Martin was simply excellent. Wanted to post a thanks to ZOE at Sky mobile. I rang this morning to enquire about the delay in getting my iPhone 15 Pro Max and she was very helpul. No due date as yet for the stock to arrive, but her friendly and professional attitude helped to quell the fires of rage, as other providers, including O2 have them in stock for collection over the counter. I appreciate Sky do not hold stock, but to be assured in an email that they will deliver before 18/11/23 seems a little too good to be true.
