The Sky Engineer (Graham) sorted our connection to Sky today. What a respectful, professional and lovely man, nothing was too much trouble for him. My husband is partly immobile due to a stroke, but Graham went above and beyond in explaining everything to us as we have purchased extra programmes which we asked for. Also, Graham wore over-shoes when entering the house which again is so respectful. Graham is a credit to Sky and all who work with him. Many, many thanks for a brilliant experience. 10/10 - A* service.

Hello, I don't know if this is the correct area for this type of comment but I'd just like to say. I contacted sky to let them know my connection was down (turned out it was down in the whole area). The man who answered my call was superb. He told me that I was due an upgrade. He arranged for a new router to be delivered (it came the following day), and got me a reduction on my monthly payment. I'd just like to thank him but I didn't get his name. If there's anyway someone from sky could somehow find him pass this message of gratitude on that would be greatly appreciated. You've got yourself a top class employee, he did more than he had to and we even had a bit of a laugh over the phone. I'm from St Helens if this helps to get the message to him. Many Thanks.

Hello, I have just this moment come off the phone with a gentleman called Mark. He was ringing up about my anniversary offer and a checkup. Even though the anniversary offer wasn't something I was interested in pursuing and it was a relatively short call he was very polite and informative. He spoke to me like I was a proper person which sometimes you don't get with sale calls. He gave me some helpful information on some streaming services and his attitude to the call was consistent, genuine and friendly.

What a personal service I've just had, we chatted and even found out we are cat twins - Karen and Oreo! I got a bit upset with the whole rising cost situation, but he was very patient and understanding - and I did calm down. I was told access to a survey would be sent by text, but I did not receive it. I would like to say how impressed we were after contacting SKY technical help services when we called in the 5th March after struggling to get our mini box to operate. We spoke to David DAC 81, who went beyound the call of duty to help solve lots of issues that we hadnt been made aware of with our switch in broadband and tv package. He showed such a degree of patience and explained so many things without any rushing or frustrations. He demonstrated the best of customer service which i have no experienced from any company in many years. He is a credit to his company and I hope he gets rhe recognition he deserves as he is an assett to SKY ans would be great to have a lot more Davids in this world

Hi, I'd like to give a massive thank you to Craig who came to my new home today. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, he explained everything to me. He was very chatty and approachable and even went to put shoe covers on even though I haven't had carpet fitted yet!! Haha. He wired everything up for me and made sure that my son would have the best internet he could upstairs in his room. He called 30 minutes before arriving as he should have, some haven't in the past, he was friendly to my dog too which helps as some visitors just ignore him, when he's part of the family too. I had a connection problem with my mini sky q box and the remote control. We would like to give a big thanks to Noel for spending an hour with us over the phone trying to reconnect both the mini sky q box and the remote control. He took us through the reset remote control steps then once that eventually worked he then took us through a system update on the mini sky q box which after several minutes the system update eventually also did the trick. Hi, I'm really bad with names and I have to admit I have forgot the man's name who helped me 😞 He was Scottish (which was great...to speak to someone who could understand my strong accent and I didn't have to keep repeating myself) haha. He went above and beyond to try help me out with my problem and I can't thank him enough! Hello Sky, I just want to leave a review of my experience and thoughts about being a Sky Customer. I've been a Sky customer for almost 8 years now and for me I think Sky is hands down the best TV service out there. I was a Virgin customer for years until I received a tempting offer to join you and haven't looked back since. I have a Sky Q 4K HDR box for the main room and a Sky Q Mini box for our bedroom and have everything apart from the Sports and Kids channels. You offer amazing movie choices and provide superb TV box sets. Now that you've added Apple TV + to Sky Q along with Netflix, Prime and Disney Plus it's made an already awesome box even better. I received an invitation for Sky Glass but I declined this as I have Sky Q hooked up to my LG OLED TV so for me it would mean taking a drop in picture quality. Thanks for the invite though. Whenever my contract is due to end I always ring up to negotiate a better deal and your staff have always been super helpful. Myself and my partner both work from home and with me working nights and she works during the day we need our internet to be reliable 24-7 and out of all of the time we have been at home since Covid we only had 1 issue with broadband which you quickly fixed. My broadband was completely dead for 2 weeks in November - 13th to 28th November. I had numerous calls to the Sky help and spoke to many agents. The one I found most useful was Chris CMR88. He has an excellent work attitude, on 2 occasions, he said he would call me back and he did. I truly appreciate him coming back to me and I want to say not many agents in Sky would keep the promise like him. (I had some bad experiences in this 2-week episode which nearly drove me away to switch to another provider. It was Chris who pulled me back to stay with Sky as he asked for the last chance for his company. I was really disappointed after so many years I have been with Sky, the customer service seems to have gone down. As a customer, I think Sky as well, needs workers like Chris CMR88 who provide quality services, along with building trust relationships with the customers. I sincerely thank Chris CMR88 for his help and I would be grateful if you can pass this compliment on to Chris and his managers. Thank you, Sky. Happy Customer.

I spoke to an extraordinarily helpful advisor on 11th of this month, I believe her name was Nancy, and I wanted to leave my feedback. What an experience, she saved me a lot of my money whilst delivering a slightly better package than what I was on and also giving me a great broadband package. I would really like to say the biggest thank you to Chanelle! (possibly from the 'I'm leaving sky department') From the moment we started talking it felt like I was talking to someone who really cared and was passionate about helping to resolve my dilemma. My bill had sky rocketed (no pun) and I was instantly reassured that Chanelle would be able to help. We had a lovely chat about Christmas and I was only on hold for very brief moments of time, the rest of the time, when Chanelle was sorting stuff, she carried on talking (multitasking at its best) and making me feel like a person and not just a number in the system! I was expecting to leave sky today (after being with the company for a long time), but Chanelle changed that and I am happy that I'm staying. It seemed every time Chanelle spoke, there was always another bit of great news! It was like the twelve days of Christmas ❤️ Chanelle, you are a Christmas angel in my eyes and I am sure your brother will love and appreciate his gift, I don't know you, but I feel I do now. I already have a picture in my head of you, your mum, brother and Neice (with other family) sat around the table and you just lift his present from your lap and give it to him, with a smile that lights the room 🙂 As I hung up the phone I heard music and I really hope that wasn't the survey? I would like to thank Lewis who helped me today when I called upset about being charged for a sky Q box that I had already returned on November 27th 2021. He let me know that he would look into this and would get back to me as soon as possible with an outcome when he next worked over the weekend. He reassured me that I wouldn't be charged (if I still was going to be charged) until my next bill in January and calmly explained to me the process he needed to follow to see whether they could find my returned equipment. I have just moved house and was in a bit of a panic and upset that I would be charged for something I had already returned, especially with how tight money will be with Christmas, let alone the house moving costs! I received a text from Lewis this evening, about six hours after I spoke with him, confirming they had found the returned equipment and I would not be charged. I am blown away by how quickly he managed to sort this for me and how kind he was when I spoke with him. He is a credit to Sky and he has restored my faith in Sky as a company. Thank you.

HI, Just want to give a great big thanks to sheldon who was amazing and negotiated a great new deal for me, i have been a long standing customer for over 21 years and he recognized that and give me amazing deals, but not only that he was friendly, polite and just lovely throughout, even through i was a bit angry about other issues with sky at the beginning of the call, he made me feel so much better. so thankyou again Sheldon keep up the great work in what must be a difficult job in these difficult times we are all experiencing. 'Stacey' brilliantly helped me to leave Sky in a caring, detail-oriented, professional manner. Before she 'let me get away with that' though, I was taken for a short journey through my options, should I care to stay on with Sky. My reason for moving on is 'financial', needing to continuously review, then 'cut my coat according to my cloth'. So I am moving on. For how long, remains to be seen. One thing that I do know though, is that Sky will be given my first shot, if / when my time to comparison shop for broadband, 'talk' and / or TV, comes around again. For bending over backwards to help me, Stacey definitely deserves my thanks; and a very warm, if metaphorical, hug. AB.

I would just like my thanks to be passed on to the gentleman that visited our house this afternoon from the home move team. He was so so helpful, helped out massively when I was frantically searching for cables and remotes (we only moved in last night)! He was also really kind as we had sofas delivered whilst he was here - a very kind and helpful man, he even sorted our multi room without an internet connection - my 11 year old son is very grateful!! After a stressful few days he made our day!

Hello, I have been a long time costumer of Sky TV. On Saturday (27 November) an engineer based in or near Manchester called Siad (Syed) was an absolute diamond. He came on site to install our Sky Q mini box into another room. I explaiend that I had just discovered that during our renoation works the original sky cable from the dish into the house had been cut. He didn't complain (despite the wearther being -2 degrees and the sun was setting) he got up his ladder and found a new entry point for the sky cable. He set up the main box in one room and then set up the second box in the other room (despite only having one TV at the time as our second TV was on order). He was super positive and was so helpful. Just a really lovely guy. He should be given suitable praise and recognition for excellent customer services, great problem solving and clean and efficient installation. He was also lovely about the kids running around and the house having no heating on the groundfloor (due to renovation works). Honesly, just such a shinning light on a rather miserable weekend for us moving int our house mid-renovation.

I would like to thank Kyer, the engineer, who came to set up Sky in my new house yesterday. She arrived promptly, was very respectful and considerate as it had been a long day, the previous day, getting everything moved in. My new house is a three storey town house which presents it's problems getting a dish set up for the first time, so she carefully thought things through, did not just give up, and showed real resilience in getting the dish up. She was the absolute professional throughout - updated me, ensured that I fully understood all that she was doing, and scaled the ladder up the three storeys, with the dish and had me all sorted and set up in a short time. She is a real credit to herself and a real asset to Sky - hang onto her Sky as she is a 'good un'.

I would just like to pass on my thanks to Michael in the retentions team for all his hard work in hepling me today. Its so nice to speak to someone who has genuine enthusiasm for thier job, the company they work for and for the customer. Hi, I called yesterday asking for advice regarding a swap on a mobile phone I spoke to one gentleman who didn't seem to understand the question I was asking after 25 minutes I asked to be put through to someone else. He put me through to the swap team and I spoke to a brilliant girl called Elle (she had a Newcastle accent) she was absolutely amazing and answered every question I asked she was very professional but also chatty and friendly she sorted out everything I needed and I ended up coming away swapping 3 phones. I have worked in a call centre myself and am aware that more often than not the bad feedback gets fed back more than the good and I just wanted to let you know how helpful this lady actually was, she is a credit to the swap team and she deserves the acknowledgment.
