Hi, I phoned today as my contract was up for renewal. I was put through to your Stockport hub & spoke to Keziah. I explained that I didn't want to be upsold anything and wasn't looking for any add-on services, I would just like to pay less than my renewal quote. Keziah quickly sorted me out with what I wanted & surprised me with the news that I would actually be paying less for the next 24 months!! Happy days!! What a difference from the last times I have had to renew.......I was braced for an hour long call saying that I didn't want this, that or the other. All over and done with in 5 minutes by a lovely, friendly helpful young lady who is a credit to your company. I actually couldn't believe it. Quick, easy & cheaper. Thank you again Keziah. I hope you're still there in 24 months when I need to renew again 🙂

We exchanged our sky Glass back to Sky Q today and, as a result were unable to connect the Sky Q box to the new TV. we contacted Sky and spoke to a Tech Advisor who unfortunately I neglected to get his name. after nearly an hour we we're finally connected. It was such a relief. But the thanks must go to the Tech Guy who assisted me with such patience. He was so calm and knowledgeable about everything I wanted and needed. Just wanted to say a huge thank you you Luke the Sky Engineer who visited me on 5th Feb. We had been suffering from a really frustrating broadband issue which had dragged on for weeks. BT Openreach had tried and failed to fix the issue and it was only when Luke came to the house that he really got to the bottom of things. Luke was clearly passionate and skilled and was so open and friendly. He spent time diagnosing the problem and then meticulously worked to fix the problem. I was seriously set on leaving Sky as a customer at the end of my contract (which is now) until I met Luke. The company should be seriously proud to have him as an ambassador and as an engineer visiting customers. He is an absolute diamond, thanks again Luke you're a gentleman and an absolute credit to Sky.

I would like to thank our Sky engineer Justin who visited today. He thoroughly investigated the issue that we were having with connectivity and fully explained to me what appeared to be happening. He took the time to draw diagrams of how the system works to highlight the probably cause of the issue. Despite it being the end of the day, I felt that he geniunely wanted to ensure we had a proper solution before he went home. On a personal note, we had an unfortunate encounter with an unpleasant, aggressive neighbour during Justin's visit. (This was not a Sky issue, it just happened at the same time). I would just like to express my gratitude for the concern Justin showed for myself and my son. His support was much appreciated and was above and beyond his role as a Sky engineer. Many thanks to Jim in the Scottish office. I had reported a fault on our landline earlier this month which was resolved a few days later. However, during a following call from yourselves offering what I thought was a months free Subscription to Sky Sports as recompense for the problems, it turned out I had been contracted to Sky Sports Package. As a pensioner I am unable to afford this and was not interested in having the sports channel at all. Twice during the following week I called to have it removed and each time I was told it had been removed and I had been given extra help with my basic package. However the offending sports channel still was not removed. Concerned my DD would be bounce due to the increased bill I emailed the complaints dept as a last resort. This is where Jim stepped in and took control. In a polite and professional manner and sorted the issue out instantly. He should be recognised for going above and beyond for his customer service skills.

I have to give a massive thank you Sean for the fantastic customer service. What an asset he is to Sky . After hanging on the phone for over an hour because the previous advisor hung up on me because really didn't know what she was doing!! I was at boiling point then . But I was so lucky to be connected to Sean who sorted my issue out within 10 minutes and went above and beyond to help me set up my Sky Glass . This gentleman is a credit to sky, I have had nothing but problems with my broadband installation from start to until he got involved. After getting passed from pillar to post by everyone at Sky. He was the only one who took ownership of my problem and got it sorted and more than anything worked proactively to box it off . A few Weeks ago my sky Q box broke and sky sent me a new one, since i have been having error codes on my mini box and last night it just wouldnt connect. I called on Wednesday 20th June around 12.30 to cancelled my sky subscription as my contract is coming to an end & my bill was increasing massively, I'd also found a better deal with other providers. I had a problem with my min-box and I sent an email to sky advising of my problem on Monday 22 May.I received a phone call from sky on Tuesday 23 May from a very helpful customer service.I explained the problem and was put through to the tec dept. At the end of it all I was able to get an appointment today 25 May between 8am and 5pm.Lucky enough I was able to be here and the sky engineer rang me about 10.30 am to day he would be here in 15 mins.It turned out the connection at my Q box from the dish was loose so the engineer put 2 crimps on it and said they will not become loose again. It done the job and I didn't need my min-box changed.I must say the service I got from customer service and the engineer was excellent..

We were visited by Andrew, our engineer last week who swiftly improved our home broadband service. We explained that we had moved into temp accommodation after a house fire and then additionally were grieving the loss of a family member. Today we received the sweetest little posy with a kind message from Andrew wishing us all the best and hoping we get back home soon. Today I had the privilege of speaking to Lori Hilton. She was friendly, helpful and went out of her way to find me deals to help me with my tight budget! Initially I was dealing with another employee who was not at all helpful, wasn't interested in looking at broadband packages for me and was quite abrupt in her manner. Thankfully I was then passed across to Lori. By this point I was ready to cancel my sky TV package, however Lori found ways to help my budget and keep me with Sky. She was very efficient and it was just an absolute delight to be looked after by her. I hope your team are able to recognise her calmness and kindness. I always dread talking about Sky things I dont really understand but for Lori no question was a problem! In this day and age people are very quick to complain and are never as good at recognising great customer service so I wanted to message and just say how impressed I am with Lori Hilton! I normally have much to complain about Sky, but I do love the sports. And I felt compelled to acknowledge an outstanding service engineer who visited yesterday, Usman Baba not only fixed our multi room connectivity issue, plus reconfigured the router to improve download speeds, but managed to drill a hole on our patio step to enable fibre optic, where two Openreach engineers had failed previously. Absolutely amazing service and a lovely person - if only everyone at Sky was like him!

27/03/2025 (Morning) My mother and I would like to say thank you to Darshan for being an amazing Specialist and representation of what Sky has been about for us for decades (before it went digital)! We needed help moving to Full Fibre as it is now available in our area. She gave us clear information, searched for deals and gave us the full run down of what to expect. Just want to say a Massive Thankyou to Sky Customer Lady Daisey from Sofia Bulgaria who added Sky Talk Shield to my Landline, also I have been having problems with my SkyBox so Daisey talked me through updating the software on my Sky Plus Box, I found Daisey to be very patient and supportive in helping me solve my issues, she is very helpful and customer caring with a lovely personality Sky needs more people like Daisey on their team, Thankyou so much Daisey.

We had booked a sky engineer to attend to install a landline but he could not find our property, we saw him drive past so I telephone sky and was passed onto 4 different people and eventually got Susan, who said we did not need and engineer to install a land line. She talked me through installation and went above and beyond to get our landline up and running and spent about 45 mins on telephone with us. I cannot say how grateful we were and how patient, understanding and helpful Susan was.

I would like to provide some positive feedback about Tom (TCY06) who has resolved a complaint for me. There has been an ongoing issue with my account for around a year now. I have spoken to numberous staff members about this over many months. Each time I would be asked to complete a number of steps before being told my issue would need to be escalated. Each time I would stop getting updates and would need to recontact Sky and start all over again. I eventually raised a formal comlaint.. Following this Tom got involved and my issue was resolved within a few weeks. Although my issue was not a familiar scenario for Tom I can't praise him enough for being generally knowledgeable, helpful, he always followed up when he said he will and my issue is finally resloved (which I'm convinced it wouldn't be if it wasn't for Tom being involved). I hope Tom and his manager are both told how much his great service helped and he really is a credit to Sky.

I had a phone call from sky today. I've had a pretty rough time and couldn't pay my bill. The lady who spoke to me was called Marina and she called at 4:30pm. She was an absolute delight. She connected with me, she listened and she was just human towards me. She was truly wonderful. She helped with my bill which was a burden lifted and I greatly appreciated that, but it was her customer service that stood out most. It was a pleasure to speak to her. She deserves recognition and I hope the rest of the Sky team appreciate who they have with them and maybe learn from her.

MY THANKS IS FOR BOTH MARK AND BLESSED AT THE SKY SHOP, BULLRING CENTRE, BIRMINGHAM, ENGLAND. In brief, i am a new SKY customer and have been unfortunate to have nothing but trouble with my new iPhone, Apple Watch and Sky contract via the online service. My phone, like many users is mainly used for keeping in contact with my very poorly parents and is essential for daily contact. The help customer service via the online service and phone service via Mumbai had not resolved my issues. After promising to call back with a resolution (which they still haven't done) i took a day off work to go to the SKY shop in Birmingham, an hour away from my home to leave with them my phone and watch and walk away from my contract, with enough evidence to support me if i was to be taken to court for breach of contract as i was only just out of the cooling off period. When i went into the shop, ready to leave SKY i asked to see the manager Mark, who patiently listened to me, read my synopsis of the very poor service from SKY to that point and straight away, explained that he could and would help me. He also warned me that he had a meeting shortly after i arrived but reassured me that his colleague BLESSED would help. Mark established that the fault with the phone had been due to actions taken whilst communicating with SKY and the wrong contract / data plan being agreed to at the start of the contract. Marie then asked Blessed to help me whilst he went for his meeting. Blessed was extremely patient and spent an hour and a half sorting both my new phone and applewatch. Not once did she become intolerant of my ignorance, she understood how angry i had been and kindly with a smile and humour helped resolve the issues with my phone, and went a step further by setting everything up on both my Apple Watch and phone. Mark then returned from his meeting and further explained what i needed to do to further resolve the issues re the data plan which they resolved in store as best they were able as the rest needed to be done with Sky billing. Without the attitudes and professionalism displayed by Mark and Blessed, i would have walked away from SKY. Although ive still had very poor service from Customer Support i thought needed to acknowledge the service i received from these very kind individuals. Thank you.

Just changed from Virgin to sky. Virgin cost was spiraling out of control. Spoke to Sky and they changed everything over for me at no extra cost. A lovely young lady came (kaytlin) and completed all the phone line and broadband no mess no fuss. Connected my Sky Stream Puck no problem took 5 minutes all working perfectly. Very happy very good value great service from Sky

I had a enginner visit to install my sky mini bix and also my sky tv as we hadn't set them up when we moved to our new home. My house is a new build and the electrics are complex. The engineer went above and beyond to help restore our services and never left until the problem was resolved. I really appreciate how considerate he was of my home, wearing protective gear on his feet and he was extremely courteous. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to understand the exact needs of our family. You deserve recognition and certainly a pay rise!! Date of visit 23/01/25 @ post code. Please let him know!! 🙂
