I have been a sky customer for 18 years. I rang today to renew my package and also to downgrade it and I spoke to Kevin. Kevin told me I had to continue with my current package and then ring a different number to downgrade. I tried ronsay indisnt want to continue with current package but was told it was the only way it could be done. I then rang the number he advised me to and an absolute angel came on the phone, also known as @Anonymous . Raj bless him not only undid the package that Kevin had set up for me he also managed to do me a deal to get it cheaper. He was very calm, understanding and an absolute gem of a bloke. I have had a really difficult time with SKY since the beginning of July 2022. They have sent a number of engineers out, only to continue to keep sending them out and taking no responsibility for their part of the fault (internet cutting out up to 15 times a day). I asked for a SKY router as this was the only thing left to try and I was at my wits end (not to mention the engineers!) The person that I first spoke to in the complaints department was not helpful, the cancellation man I then spoke to was a little better, but then passed it on to tech, who again was not helpful. I was then sent back to cancellations, with a lady called Samina. Samina was not given any information of the hour long call I had already had, and had not been updated- despite being told by the tech man that I was being put on hold so he could update the colleague before transfering the call. Samina (1DSR11) was AMAZING. She stayed on the call without passing me over to anyone else, she read all the notes, and after others refused to do anything (except for blaiming Open Reach and asking to send out another engineer, despite one coming out the day before and ALSO stating it was the router) she had sent me out a router, provided compensation and removed my termination of contract fee. Then at the end of this easy and simple conversation, she wished me luck for my wedding (which is next week) and let me know the router would be there in 3-5 days, and asked we give it a try and see if it fixes it, as it appears to be the router- something that all other sky persons refused to acknowledge. SKY- you are incredibly lucky to have Samina. I genuinely mean that. I wanted to be heard, and my frustration acknowledged. She did that. thank you Samina (1DSR11)

We rang early in the morning to avoid the queues. Got through to the lovely Crstabel in Tech Support, we rang the wrong number but she was very helpful and put us through to Tejas as we wanted to bring our Sky bill down as our 18mth contract was due to expire. He was amazing and got us to a price we were Very happy with and as we are Diamond customers we saved even more! Can't thank them both enough for their quick and helpful service in a already Very Hot Saturday Morning in Aug 2022! 10/10 for them both!! Talk to you again in 18mths 🥰

I joined the Sky family yesterday, and I have to say while your website is useful, I was unsure about my building and the access that was available. So rather than the website I phoned your sales team, not only did Kameryn walk me through it all, from helping me find what would work best for me, but she out did herself! What a sales personality! Absolute massive shout-out goes to my engineer who's been sort of a dedicated enginner to me since I started with sky. been having issues with GigaFast and nobody at sky was listening to me. he came round and saw the issue himself and 2 days later Openreach were booked as they found a fault outside. I did not catch the name of the engineer who came out to my property yesterday for a box issue but he truly is a credit to your organisation. He was very knowledgeable, explained what had happened and resolved the issue very quickly. He had some interesting tales to tell as we were both F1 fans. He made the visit so much more enjoyable. I wish all service personnel across various trades were like him! I do hope you can find my details via my account as I do think he should be told of the positive feedback. Working in complaints and customer service myself, I know that it is rare people pass on compliments.

Problems installing FFTP so it was cancelled by the Openreach Engineer and Craig at Sky. then received an email saying this was going to cost £211 as i was cancelling FTTC super fast braodband. Not happy. Cameron sorted this out very quickly and sent a text confirming this was a glitch. He then also sorted out the sound drop weve experienced for some time. Thanks to the engineer that came to fix my box in Oxfordshire today (20/07), he was so helpful and replaced my boxes and gave me some great info that I never knew about signal! My neighbour had bushes covering my dish and I had no signal, by pure luck my neighbour had a gardener there today and my Sky box worked just as the engineer arrived as the bushes were chopped down! Who knew! Some neighbours might not be so accommodating!

I have been a Sky customer on and off for about 20 years (a long time anyway) and only move to another supplier when Sky will not play ball and offer a deal when asked to. My latest 18 month contract is coming to an end and I am DELIGHTED by the cheerfulness and positive help given to me by two customer service agents. The first one was Yvonne, from the Newcastle area I seem to recall, and the second lady was Georgia, who is in Luke's team. Georgia sorted me out so I did not have to change suppliers and I recommend that Sky double her salary and halve her working hours please, for saving me as a customer ! She doesn't know this but when I change various other family members change in support of my decision. Maybe considered petty but to me customer retention is a key to growth for any company. Thank you ladies (Georgia and Yvonne) for your kindness and patience. I know I can be a grumpy old something but you are highly praiseworthy and I hope your bosses will recognise this! The lady also explained the SKY GLASS Product in good detail. ( my tv at present is a 50inch and you boy 2 yrs old ) but she was able to send me a link to view at my nearest sky shop in my area . The lady was able to suggest the broadband ( to add to my package ) but as my landlord already has it installed ( I may be able to get it changed to my name . The lady showed immense professionalism and was courteous / well mannered helpful understanding off me ( the customer ) and was able to answer any questions / queries I had . I was out on hold for a while but the lady checked in a couple off times as not to prolong the silence. Petsonally The lady has the qualities / attributes off being a team leader . I've spoken to a few off her colleagues last week ( during my SKY TV renewal contact negotiations & Sky Mobile purchase) as good as they where but this lady is streets ahead in terms off negotiations. . I want to pass first rate feedback about one of your call centre staff in Bulgaria. Her name is Plamen and she is a fantastic ambassador for Sky. She was able to resolve my issues that were due to incompetent call centre staff in India. I was originally asked to pay £10 which I refused and the chap in India dealt with the issue terribly, he didn't call back when he was supposed to and closed the complaint down, without my knowledge. By contrast Plamen was very pleasant, knowledgeable and able to resolve the shortcomings. I hope she is rewarded for such excellent service. Sky needs to retain and employ more staff like Plamen. 10/10.

Today (21 Jun 22) I contacted Sky to take up their offer of a TV&Broadband upgrade. I came away with a reduction in my monthly bill and an upgrade to my Sky package so when I got a sms/message asking for some feedback I happily responded. Responded to first question (based on how the advisor handled your query, would you recommend Sky: 0= Not at all to 10= Definitely) by typing in 10 Wrote the text below in a text editor with intention of cutting and pasting it as the response to the second question (can you please tell us in your own words, why have you been given those scores ?) <Found the responses to my request to upgrade to Sky Q which I received from Sky to be professional, informative and clear. I was delighted with the cost saving offers (Sky Q and Sky Glass - both with superspeed broadband) and eventually opted for Sky Q. All-In-all a very satisfying experience - well done SKY/Ajaz/Sanjay for looking after their long term customers !> Problem is I accidentally sent the suggested, automatically generated response 'I don't know ' which completed the survey. Walking and texting at the same time - dangerous !!! Thing is I really would like my intended response to be taken on board and the positive praise noted but I cannot find a way of making sure the right person/ people get to see it. I wanted to shout out to the installer who visited me in for my home move in Bristol last Friday (10th June). She will incredibly friendly, really thorough, and took real care to make sure the installation was done as neatly as possible (minimising visible cables, etc). It's a shame that no post-visit email goes out (that i have received, anyway). Whilst the srrvice was good enough for me to hunt down this forum, many people, who would otherwise be giving positive feedback about engineers, wont do so.

Hi Sky, I had a sky engineer attend my property today. I just want to say a big thank you for the customer service received. The sky engineer called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival and attended on time shortly after the phone call. The engineer was very polite and give me clear understanding of why I was receiving the issues I had. The engineer set up his equipment and rectified the fault in a timely fashion. He kept his work area clear and also plugged the hole he had to drill for his safety equipment. He also checked with me I was happy for him to drill into the brick work as this was on a freshly built wall on my house extension. Following his visit he also give me clear understanding of how sky multi room works and how it is charged. I had previously heard back from accepting multi room as I though I was charged £10P/M for each multi room taken out. Following this discussion I will now be taking out multi room. I am currently a Operations Manager for a Waste Water Engineer Company and would be proud to have this engineer working for my company. I didn’t catch the engineers name but could you please pass on the above feedback to his line manager. From my position at my company I know good feedback boosts moral and gives engineers that extra boost to go that extra mile. Could you please confirm this feedback will reach the engineer.

Ok I would like to thank the lady at sky who was very helpful today wednesday 18th May.i cannot remember her name ,but I hope she see this...I phoned to enquire about my broadband and line rental as I had already cancelled my tv package..to see what best offer I could get in price as my contact ends next month for my broadband and line rental...this wonderful lady went above and beyond to help me as I said I may have to cancel everything with sky...she said to me hang on and just give me a few moments to see what deal there is...when she came back she told me of the package that I could have for 18 months and price with a few bits added to my tv if I have it back on...I was very surprised and happy with what she had got for me..and I signed up again for 18 months...I have not really had much faith with a fewsky workers..sorry to say..but this lady was amazing..we even ended up joking around and talking about holidays etc...just wish I could remember her name...she was more like a friend than an agent..she was very helpful and sky should be proud to have this lady working for them...to the lady in question..I hope you read this and thank you again..xxfrom...Linda jones
