18/3/2025 Time approx 1445>Jessica is the Person: Problems with Mobile calls dropping. Thanks to Jessica We did a complete Reset of my system. It became obvious very Quickly Jessica was very Interested in her job helping me to solve my problem? explained in detail what, why, which is unusual. I am a sky customer 23Years. Jessica asked very pertanent questions some I had never been asked before? took control of the problem. On completion give comments on going forward move WIFI Extender,Moniter, report back if problem continues etc etc?
