I have unfortunately forgotten her name, but I just spoke on the phone to customer service to a very helpfull and friendly advisor about my upcoming openreach appointment.
She was a breath of fresh air in comparison to other customer service reps I have spoken too. 10/10.
She was more than happy to give advice and recommenations and put all my questions and worries to rest. I wasnt passed around different representatives or had to give my information to 5 different people. Just phoned up and spoke to an agent in less than 30 seconds. Was exactally how customer serivce should be.
