I was having problems solving an issue with my router, and trying to disable the wifi. After hours of trying myself, I decided to call the customer support line.
I had, and I dont say this lightly, the kindest and most helpful customer service person ever. I believe her name was Stephanie (I really hope I'm remembering her name correctly), and she deserves the best. Sky are very lucky to have someone so friendly and helpful on their team, and I cant say enough kind words about her.
My issue was solved within minutes, and I am very thankful for her help.
I want to wish her a great rest of the week, and for her to know she's the best.
