I would like to commend Donna for the service I received yesterday . A problem which I thought had been sorted last week, I was told that person,  had lied to me. I was then transferred to Donna who was very understanding of my predicament . Because of this sky have kept my custom ( not for another 26 years which is how long I have been with them) ongoing .
