just wanted to say an amazing thank you to your engineer Claire from Telford this morning, she was absolutely brilliant and helped us tremendously. She deserves acknowledgment from the company for her professional manner, workmanship, knowledge and was also a delight to talk to. People like this are a credit to your company.
