Thank you to Jake

I would like to thank Jake for his help on 15/5/25. I had called sky as I was re-joining again, and I had not received my new sky box and packaging for my previous one although it said delivered. Jake sorted this straight away for me, offered me an upgrade to join Netflix which I was already paying for, so I saved money, and also credited my account due to the mix up with the deliveries AND made sure I would not be charged for the return of my previous sky box, which I was worried about. Jake was very helpful and made the process quick and easy for me. Great customer service 🙂
