Re: Thank you to Emma, Dunfermline Technical Team - Status changed to: Mission Accomplished

I don’t often post anything but want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Emma from the Dunfermline Technical Team who went above and beyond to help me sort an issue I was having with Sky. Having been round various departments over the period of a week, I was fortunate to eventually get through to Emma who took time to listen to my issue. She then took the necessary action to resolve the issue which had put me at the brink of terminating my contract with Sky after being a loyal customer for over 24 years. Emma was knowledgeable about the policies and operational aspects of the organisation. She took the time to explain everything clearly and above all was able to resolve the issue I was faced with in the most professional manner I could have ever imagined. Her professionalism is exemplary and she is a true ambassador for Sky. I wish there were many more like her at Sky, as her impact on the organisation is simply exceptional. Thank you every so much for your kindness and professionalism, Emma!
