Thank you Yvonne Broadband cancelation

Mission Accomplished
I spoke to Yvonne today ( June 17th 2025) about 4.45pm regarding cancelation fees and account issues. I had been contacting sky for over 3 weeks about the issue with nothing resolved. I called to day and spoke to Yvonne, in less than an hour Yvonne got it resolved with her manager! Thank you so so much. I hope this does reach her so she knows how much she is appreciated.
