Thank you Terry Accessibility Team

I would like to thank Terry on the Accessibility Team, for all his help with my account this morning.  He committed a lot of his time to getting me the best deal, given my current circumstances, and was careful to  explain all the terms and conditions to me.  He spoke clearly in plain simple language, was efficient and highly professional and was empathetic througout.  He also arranged an appointment for an engineer to call to review our Wifi.

 

With the fall-out of COVID, as human beings, we are often quick to criticise corporate companies, especially call centres.  I could not fault the service that I had from Terry today, and I hope that he recxeives the recognition that he deserves.  I feel that SKY have real listened to me today.  Thank you very much.
