I want to say thank you so much to Lizz who works in the customer service department who helped me today. I am very pleased with the customer service that I received. After explaining my current situation Lizz went the extra mile and more to help me bring my payments down each month as I did not want to cancel Sky. In the time of having Sky, Lizz has been the most helpful. She was friendly and I felt as though I was chatting with a friend! She is brilliant! Sky I hope you pass on my feedback to Lizz. I came of the phone feeling more at ease and happy with the service I received.
