I just wanted to say thank you to Franklyn who I spoke to today 07/08/2023 between approximately 12,15pm-13:30pm to discuss my Sky TV renewal.
Franklyn was polite and friendly and provided the information I needed to renew for another 18 months. I don't know where Franklyn was based but apparently the temperature was 32 degrees so clearly not in the UK today.
I promised to complete the customer satisfaction survey which he said would be emailed to me but I never received this (may be because of the settings on my account). I would have recorded 10 out of 10 in this instance.
