Thank you Donna!

Just want to say how great Donna was on the phone. I asked many questions when there was an issue with my account and Bill. She took her time and I could understand clearly. I felt listened to and a valued new customer. She went above and beyond to get the issue sorted. If everyone I spoke to in customer service was like her. I'd be happy all the time!
