I would like to thank Ali from Glasgow from the sky team for helping me change my mind about leaving sky. He has exceptional customer service skills and is a brilliant. If I was the manager i wouldn't hesitate giving him a pay rise to just to keep him at sky. Hes made me and my family feel like home staying with sky. I would have give him a feed back through my phone but couldn't due to change in my mobile number which I have now told sky about. He definitely brings his A game to the table and helps as much as possible. Thank you Ali! From sufy and family who's going to Morocco marrakech next week 🙂
