Special thanks to Iman!

Had a really complex issue with my SIM card for my iPad not being recognised and having difficulty sending an authorisation code. Iman spent the best part of an hour trying to help me sort this out in time for Sunday when I go away. Excellent service and she is a great addition to the team!
