Just needed to say as a total techno dinosaur! That I wish to thank the lovely "understanding" lady that talked me through my whole issue, rather than at me and her patience and knowledge was greatly appreciated. As someone who doesn't get the terminology used today, this lady not only solved my issue but did it in a kind friendly and such a patient way. Thank you A*
