Replacement of faulty Sky Qplus box

The engineer was initially booked  in between the hours of 0800 and 1300 on the 20/11/2025. However we received several updates and  had messages reducing the window and he eventully arrived at approx 10.00am.

His name is Lynden from the Chester area and he was most efficient and professional in the way he tackled the job and explained the updates  that  the replacement unit offered.
