Just wanted to say thanks to Gary (apologies as not sure where abouts he's based).

My broadband had been activated for a few days but my sky hub still hadn't been dispatched and my old provider wanted their hub back.

Gary escalated to the relevant department and took ownership of the issue. He kept his eye on it over the course of a few days until he had resolved it. He let me know when my hub had been dispatched.
