i have recently come off the phone to Margaret (phoned 03442 414141) feeling de-stressed and greatly relieved. My husband Barry had a stroke last year and has communication difficulties which means I have to do all the sorting out of anything that now goes wrong. Barry lost his access to e mails on his I iPad and phone as the system wouldn't let him sign in with his password.
Not being very well up with technology it appears we had to change his password to get the e mails back. Margaret was so patient with me and talked me through step by step how to do this via @Anonymous.com and at last I managed with her help to get the email access again. This may seem a small thing but as Barry uses his e mails and not the phone it was a major breakthrough when we got it back. What a lovely lady Margaret is and she is a credit to your team; I wish all companies had a "Margaret" when I need help. Thank you once again please pass on my thanks to her personally if you can?
