Re: Send Thanks To Sky Mobile

 I just wanted to say thank you for a great service, Sky mobile provides. Whenever there has been occasional problems with the network it has been appreciative of the texts or emails received and it has never flustered me. Also I noticed your network is a lot stronger and can receive a stronger network in other places that I have visited to see family or friends.

 

The swap24 was easy to do when I upgraded and I was grateful to people's patience when I called double checking things about the process. But it was all straight forward and my statements were clear on payments. I'm very happy with my new upgrade.

 

Lastly, I purchased a SIM card recently, as I have decided to let my daughter have a phone. It was lovely to speak with someone to explain my options and made them aware of the restrictions I wanted applied and was able to cap them on the new SIM. It has provided a great peace mind and was able to set up the SIM card easy too. I look forward to giving her a phone in couple of weeks for her hard work and achievements.

 

I really wanted to send some feedback, as it brings a better balance to any negative. As there are happy customers too!
