Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I have just spoken to Jason from the VIP department and what a lovely, helpful man. 
He really tried his best to get my monthly bill down and understood my circumstances. I am pleased to say I have saved quite a lot for the next 18 months. 
I have been with sky for 6 years now and they're so helpful but Jason really went above and beyond today.
