Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I spoke to a very helpful sky employee a few days ago who advised that we were 

A SKY VIP DIAMOND CUSTOMER and talked me through a new package with a 

Monthly saving and an extra item on a 18 month contract.

His name was AFEEF I would like to grant him a 10 out of 10

For the help and kindness he showed me. I was expecting a message from sky

Asking me to rate this phone call but did  not get one, so have sent this message.

Hope AFEEF is advised of my comments.
